Rovi – Cancel / Change Order Policy

Order Changes

We understand plans change. If you need to modify your order (items, quantities, address), contact us as soon as possible at support@shoprovi.com.
We can only make changes if the order has not entered processing or shipped. Changes are not guaranteed.

Cancellations

Orders can only be canceled before they are processed or shipped. Once an order is in processing or has shipped, it cannot be canceled.
If an order cannot be canceled, you may request a return in accordance with our Refunds & Returns Policy (if eligible).

Customized / Personalized Orders

If we ever offer customized or personalized products, cancellation may not be possible once production has started.

Refunds for Canceled Orders

If your order is canceled successfully before shipment, a refund will be issued to your original payment method, typically within 5–7 business days (provider posting times may vary).

Status Updates

You will receive email updates when your order is changed, canceled, or shipped.
