Shipping & Processing
Thank you for choosing Rovi. We’re committed to a smooth, transparent shipping experience.
Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation (excluding weekends and holidays). During peak periods, processing may take longer.
Estimated Delivery Time
Estimated delivery is generally 4-12 business days from the date your order is processed. Delivery times may vary due to carrier delays, weather, customs (for international orders), public holidays, or other circumstances outside of Rovi’s control.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with your tracking number and a tracking link.
Tracking updates are provided by the carrier and may take 24–48 hours to appear after the label is created.
Shipping Rates
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on destination, shipping method, and package weight/dimensions. Any promotional shipping offers (if applicable) will be displayed at checkout.
International Shipping
We offer international shipping where available. International shipments may be subject to import duties, taxes, and customs fees assessed by the destination country. These charges are the customer’s responsibility unless otherwise stated at checkout.
Address Accuracy
Please confirm your shipping address before placing your order. Rovi is not responsible for delays, delivery issues, or additional fees caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses provided at checkout.
If a package is returned to sender due to address issues, we may be able to reship it; reshipment fees may apply.
