Agreement to Terms

Welcome to Rovi. By accessing our website or purchasing our products, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use our website or services.

Use of Website

You may use our website for lawful purposes. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for activity under your account.

Product Use, Safety & Medical Disclaimer

Our products, including the Rovi 16-Head Percussion Massage Device with Red-Light Feature, are intended for general wellness and relaxation purposes only.

Not medical advice. Our products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. Consult a qualified healthcare professional before use if you are pregnant, have a medical condition, use a pacemaker or implanted device, have a history of blood clots, are on blood-thinning medication, have neuropathy, or have any concerns.

Use at your own risk. You are responsible for using the device safely and in accordance with instructions. Do not use on broken skin, sensitive areas, or for prolonged periods in one location. Stop use immediately if you experience pain, numbness, dizziness, burns, irritation, or discomfort.

Red-light feature. Avoid staring directly into the light and avoid use over the eyes. If you have light sensitivity or take photosensitizing medications, consult a healthcare professional before use.

Assumption of risk. To the maximum extent permitted by law, you assume all risks associated with product use, including risks arising from improper use, misuse, failure to follow instructions, or use contrary to warnings.

Intellectual Property

All site content (text, graphics, logos, images, videos, software) is owned by Rovi or its licensors and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce or distribute our content without written permission.

User Content

If you submit reviews or other content, you grant Rovi a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, and publish that content. You represent that your content does not violate third-party rights or laws.

Orders, Pricing, and Availability

We strive to display accurate product information and pricing, but errors may occur. We reserve the right to correct errors and cancel or refuse orders affected by inaccuracies or suspected fraud.

Lifetime Warranty (If Included With Your Purchase)

If your product includes a Lifetime Warranty, Rovi will, at its option, repair or replace the device for manufacturing defects under normal consumer use, subject to verification.
Eligible warranty claims may be fulfilled through a replacement unit for a $20 replacement handling fee (instead of purchasing a new unit at full price).
The warranty does not cover damage from misuse, accidents, neglect, unauthorized repair/modification, improper storage, commercial use, or use not in accordance with provided instructions.
Rovi may require proof of purchase and may require return of the original device or other verification before issuing a replacement.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Rovi will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of the website or products.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Rovi’s total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid for the product at issue.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Rovi, its affiliates, officers, employees, and agents from claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable attorney fees) arising from your misuse of the website or products, violation of these Terms, or infringement of rights of others.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which Rovi is headquartered, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, except where prohibited by applicable consumer protection laws.

Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Updates will be posted with an effective date. Continued use of our website or products after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
