Rovi – Refunds & Returns Policy

Overview
At Rovi, your satisfaction is important to us. This policy explains how returns, refunds, replacements, and warranty-related claims are handled.
Return Eligibility
Returns are accepted only for items that are unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.
For hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns of opened or used products.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery. We may request photos or videos to help assess the issue.
If approved, we will provide a replacement or an appropriate remedy in accordance with this policy and applicable law.
Refunds
If a return is approved and received, we will inspect the item and notify you of approval or rejection.
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method, typically within 7 business days. Your bank or payment provider may take additional time to post the refund.
Shipping fees (including expedited shipping) are non-refundable unless required by law or the return is due to our error.
How to Initiate a Return
To start a return, contact us at support@shoprovi.com with your order number and a brief explanation. We will provide return instructions if your request is eligible.
Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong item shipped).
Lifetime Warranty Replacement Option
If your purchase includes a Lifetime Warranty, eligible customers may request a replacement unit for a $20 replacement handling fee instead of purchasing a new unit at the full price (e.g., $139.99).
Warranty replacements are subject to verification, including proof of purchase, and may require return of the original unit or evidence of malfunction as determined by Rovi.
The Lifetime Warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, accidents, unauthorized modifications, improper storage, normal wear and tear of consumable parts (if any), or use contrary to the instructions and safety guidelines.
Non-Returnable Items
Items that have been opened or used are non-returnable. This includes devices that come into contact with skin or body.
